Danny has over thirty-three (33) years entrepreneurial knowledge and expertise in business management, building maintenance and general contracting. He successfully started and operated a food service company for a few years before transferring his skills into property maintenance and management. For over twelve (12) years Danny managed large residential properties comprising six-hundred (600) units. He was responsible for the training and supervision of the cleaning, maintenance and office staff as well as collaborating with on-site contractors. His adept knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems had a direct impact on minimizing costly repairs and improving overall financial performance. Since 2006 Danny has been successfully self employed as a general contractor for commercial and residential properties. Some of his major projects entailed the demolition of commercial spaces including removal of flooring, walls, ceilings, HVAC and electrical systems in preparing for the new build. In addition, Danny has completed major renovations to some of the larger shopping malls in Calgary. Danny’s residential undertakings entailed renovating homes from floors to ceilings and everything in between such as installing baseboard, interior and exterior doors, drywall, windows, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Danny has also excelled at outdoor projects such as building garages, fences, pergolas, decks, railings and, even landscaping. He is highly regarded in the painting of interior and exterior of small businesses, warehouses and residences. Danny has pursued certifications in building operations and aerial mobile lifts, which authorizes him to operate the lifts for high rise painting and repairs.

Richard has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in Sales and marketing, Learning and development, Human Resources and Talent Management over the last 29 years. He has been associated with several recognized multinational companies in the hospitality, luxury cruise industry, advertising, and fast-moving consumer goods sectors. The

He has been associated with several recognized multinational companies in the hospitality, luxury cruise industry, advertising, and fast-moving consumer goods sectors. These companies include the Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Group, Shell Global Retail Operations, Trade Partners UK (British High Commission), and the Holland America Group.
Richard's professional experience is further accentuated by his stint as a part-time lecturer in business colleges in Trinidad and Guyana, where he taught subjects such as Business Communication and Business Administration. Since 2004, Richard has been developing workshops for service-oriented companies in the private sector, focusing on areas such as consultative selling, employee engagement, effective global communications, and customer care.
Richard's academic achievements include a Business Management Degree from George Washington University and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. He holds the distinguished Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional designation (SHRM-CP) and several other noteworthy designations, including certification as a Talent Plus Auditor and a facilitator for the Strength Deployment Index (SDI) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Richard is also an Authorized Facilitator for Darkness to Light Stewards of Children’s Child Abuse Prevention Training. In 2020, he was awarded a certificate from Harvard University upon completing a Child Protection: Children’s Rights in Theory and Practice course.

Rami has over fifteen years’ international experience in all aspects of intellectual property. He acquired his experience working in top-tier national and international IP law firms and in-house for an engineering company in the telecommunication industry.
Rami regularly advises on building and managing patent, trademark and design portfolios on a global scale as well as multi-jurisdiction IP strategies relating to acquisition, protection, exploitation and enforcement. He also has extensive experience in providing strategic counselling and opinions to clients on contentious and non-contentious IP matters and has successfully represented clients in patent and trademark-related administrative proceedings, pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical patent infringement actions, as well as trademark infringement actions. In addition to Rami’s trademark prosecution experience, he has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in areas including Artificial Intelligence, computer hardware and software, mechanical devices, photonics, telecommunication networks, cryptography, electronics, semiconductors, optical systems, microprocessors/ microcontrollers, medical devices, mining technologies, traditional and alternative energy-related technologies and business methods.

In addition to his law degree, Rami holds advanced degrees in physics, mathematics and engineering. Before commencing his legal career, Rami was a researcher, technology developer and inventor working in the fields of electrical and computer engineering with a focus on radar and satellite imaging technologies, antenna modelling, digital signal processing and remote sensing.
