Danny has over thirty-five (35) years of entrepreneurial knowledge and expertise in business management, building maintenance, and general contracting. He successfully started and operated a food service company for several years before applying his skills to property maintenance and management. For more than twelve (12) years, Danny managed large residential properties comprising six hundred (600) units. He was responsible for training and supervising the cleaning, maintenance, and office staff, as well as collaborating with on-site contractors. His extensive knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems directly helped reduce costly repairs and improve overall financial performance. Since 2006, Danny has been successfully self-employed as a general contractor for both commercial and residential properties. His major projects included demolishing commercial spaces—removing flooring, walls, ceilings, HVAC, and electrical systems to prepare for new builds.
Additionally, Danny has completed major renovations in some of Calgary’s larger shopping malls. His residential projects involved renovating homes from floor to ceiling and everything in between, including installing baseboards, interior and exterior doors, drywall, windows, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Danny also excels at outdoor projects, including building garages, fences, pergolas, decks, railings, and landscaping. He is highly regarded for painting both interior and exterior surfaces of small businesses, warehouses, and residences. Danny has pursued certifications in building operations and aerial mobile lifts, authorizing him to operate lifts for high-rise painting and repairs.

Richard has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing, Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Talent Management over the past thirty (30) years. He has worked with several well-known multinational companies in the hospitality, luxury cruise industry, advertising, and fast-moving consumer goods sectors. These include the Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Group, Shell Global Retail Operations, Trade Partners UK (British High Commission), and the Holland America Group.
Richard's professional background is further highlighted by his experience as a part-time lecturer in business colleges in Trinidad and Guyana, where he taught subjects like Business Communication and Business Administration. Since 2004, Richard has been developing workshops for service-oriented companies in the private sector, focusing on topics such as consultative selling, employee engagement, effective global communications, and customer care.
His academic qualifications include a Business Management Degree from George Washington University and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. He also holds the esteemed Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation and several other noteworthy credentials, including certification as a Talent Plus Auditor and facilitation roles for the Strength Deployment Index (SDI) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Additionally, Richard is an Authorized Facilitator for Darkness to Light’s Stewards of Children Child Abuse Prevention Training. In 2020, he received a certificate from Harvard University after completing a course titled Child Protection: Children’s Rights in Theory and Practice.

Rami has over fifteen years of international experience in all aspects of intellectual property. He gained his expertise working at top-tier national and international IP law firms and in-house for an engineering company in the telecommunications industry.
Rami regularly advises clients on building and managing patent, trademark, and design portfolios globally, as well as developing multi-jurisdictional IP strategies related to acquisition, protection, exploitation, and enforcement. He has extensive experience providing strategic counsel and opinions on contentious and non-contentious IP matters and has successfully represented clients in patent and trademark administrative proceedings, pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical patent infringement cases, and trademark infringement disputes. Besides his trademark prosecution work, Rami has substantial experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in areas including artificial intelligence, computer hardware and software, mechanical devices, photonics, telecommunications networks, cryptography, electronics, semiconductors, optical systems, microprocessors/microcontrollers, medical devices, mining technologies, traditional and alternative energy sources, and business methods.
Rami’s patent work earned him recognition as a patent star from 2019 to 2023 by the IAM PATENT 1000, regarded as a definitive resource for identifying world-class patent expertise and outstanding firms and individuals across multiple jurisdictions. He was also recognised in 2022 and 2023 as a leading trademark professional by the World Trademark Review, a publication dedicated solely to trademark practice and a trusted source for top-tier trademark legal expertise.
In addition to his law degree, Rami holds advanced degrees in physics, mathematics, and engineering. Before starting his legal career, he was a researcher, technology developer, and inventor in electrical and computer engineering, focusing on radar and satellite imaging, antenna modelling, digital signal processing, and remote sensing.
